The practices and concepts taught in this class originate from Classical Yoga, Pranayama, Qi Gong and modern breath research.
Long ago they knew breath was a gateway to healthier bodies and higher planes of existence. Today we know that breathwork has numerous benefits for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, High Blood Pressure and many other common conditions.
Breathwork can unlock the body's natural ability to heal and regulate itself on energetic and physical levels.
Every 30 minute class begins with basic instruction and a simple warm up followed by a guided practice and closing meditation.
Morning classes will energize you and leave you feeling focused and positive for the day ahead.
Evening classes will help you release the stress of the day, reconnect to your body and prepare for deeper rest.

This class is beginner friendly and suitable for all skill levels.
Come as you would to a yoga class with loose and comfortable clothes. Yoga mats, props, cushions and seats are provided.
